Returns + Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at sales@jodibwise.com for specific instructions. When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred.

Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.
